01 — THE WORK

Discernment is what allows us to understand what we perceive well enough to work with it wisely.

Subtle perception is innate. It's something we all have access to and, in my experience, an important part of how we navigate life and make good decisions.

We are perceiving subtle information all the time through our bodies, our senses, our emotions, our intuition, our awareness of other people, and our sensitivity to patterns, dynamics, and information beneath the surface that can be difficult to put into words.

For some, like me, perception can also include modes more traditionally thought of as psychic or mediumistic: sudden knowing, specific images and impressions, information that seems to arrive all at once, or an ability to tune into and receive information beyond what is immediately available through the ordinary senses.

But being highly perceptive, I've learned, even in psychic and mediumistic ways, does not automatically make us skilled translators of what we perceive.

It's entirely possible to genuinely perceive something and misunderstand what it means. Fear, desire, conditioning, projection, assumptions, biases, and beliefs can become mixed with something that may have initially been quite clear. We can mistake symbolic information for literal information, possibility for certainty, or a meaningful impression for definitive truth. We can also override or dismiss what we're perceiving, or remain caught in cycles of confusion and doubt, because we don't yet know how to understand or work with the information we're receiving.

This is where discernment becomes critical.

In the context of my work, discernment means becoming increasingly conscious and precise about what comes through our perception. It means learning to notice what we've actually received before making meaning of it, to distinguish between the perception itself and what we may be adding to it, and to become more curious about what the information means, what it doesn't mean, and how it holds up in relationship with the body, context, and observable reality.

Working with me, privately or in a group, is an experiential way of deepening our capacity for clearer perception and discernment. Through temporarily sampling my process, people often become more conscious of their own perception, more aware of the different ways information comes to them, and more discerning in how they interpret and respond to what they sense, notice, and pick up.

Over time, this can lead to a more grounded kind of self-trust: greater openness to subtle information alongside a growing ability to understand what we're perceiving clearly, work with it wisely, and remain firmly in contact with reality.

02 — WOMEN’S CIRCLES

A place to deepen perception and discernment together.

The women’s circles I facilitate are experiential spaces for exploring and strengthening perception, intuition, and discernment in the presence of other women.

Each circle is different, depending on the women who are present and what feels most relevant to explore together. There is a loose structure, but what happens within it is responsive to the group and what emerges as we work.

I generally begin with a transmission, sharing what comes through my own perception in the presence of the group. Rather than something to simply accept as true, what I share becomes material we can notice, question, respond to, and explore through each woman’s own awareness and perception.

From there, we open into reflection. Women are welcome to share what they noticed, what resonated, what didn’t, what the transmission brought forward for them, or what they perceived differently. The range of perspectives within the group becomes part of the practice. We begin to notice not only what we perceive, but how differently information can be received, interpreted, and understood.

The latter part of the circle opens into individual inquiry. Women who feel called can bring forward a question, an experience, or something they are personally navigating and enter into a more direct exploration with me in the presence of the group. My own psychic and mediumistic perception naturally informs these exchanges, and I share what I perceive when it feels relevant to the inquiry.

There is something valuable in witnessing another person’s inquiry, too. We may recognize something of ourselves in what is being explored, notice what arises in our own perception as we listen, or simply have the opportunity to observe perception and discernment being worked with in real time.

There is no expectation that everyone participate in the same way, and no particular kind of intuitive or psychic experience is required. Listening, noticing, questioning, reflecting, and sharing when something feels meaningful to share are all ways of participating.

Over time, the circles can become a kind of training ground for our own perception and discernment. A place to become more conscious of what we notice, more curious about how we interpret it, and increasingly able to trust ourselves without needing to make everything we perceive certain or definitive.

The practice is not simply to perceive more. It is to become more skillful in our relationship with what we perceive.

03 — ABOUT CHRISTINA

About Christina

My work is rooted in a lifelong sensitivity to subtle information and a deep interest in the nature of perception.

My own perception includes capacities commonly understood as psychic and mediumistic. These abilities have been present in different ways throughout my life, but becoming more conscious of them, learning how they work, and developing a grounded relationship with them has unfolded over many years. That process has had as much to do with learning how to translate what I perceive as it has with perception itself, and has deeply influenced the work I do now.

My background is varied. I studied sports medicine and athletic training at the University of Florida and later worked in the behavioral health and substance abuse treatment field, eventually serving as a Director of Admissions.

When I became a mother, much of my attention shifted toward raising and homeschooling our three boys and facilitating their learning, health, and development. I continue to hold much of that role now, increasingly in partnership with complementary programs, educators, and others who support them as they grow. This has created more space for my own work and study while allowing me to remain closely involved in understanding what each of our boys needs and helping to create the conditions for them to thrive.

My formal and independent study has ranged across health sciences, psychology and human development, learning and education, relational systems, conception, pregnancy, birth and postpartum, first response, firearms and self-defense, shamanic arts, and metaphysics. Across these different areas, I have been especially interested in whole-system well-being and the relationship between the physical, psychological, emotional, relational, and less easily explained aspects of human experience. I am now continuing that inquiry through formal study in classical homeopathy.

Looking across the seemingly different parts of my life, I can see that I have been interested in many of the same things all along: how people work, what influences our experience beneath the surface, what helps us recognize what is actually happening, and what allows us to respond to life with greater clarity. My psychic and mediumistic perception exists within that larger context. I don't experience it as separate from the rest of how I understand people or the world, but as one part of a broader way of perceiving, questioning, observing, and making sense of what I encounter.

My father died in the spring of 2026. Accompanying him toward the end of his life, his death itself, and what has continued to unfold in my relationship with him since have been profoundly formative for me. The experience has deepened and clarified my understanding of my own perception and, in ways I am still discovering, the work that is emerging through me.

This work has grown out of that ongoing exploration and continues to evolve alongside my own life.

I live in Austin with my husband and our three sons, with my incredible mother deeply woven into our immediate family. I am also incredibly fortunate in friendship, with a close network of deeply real, enduring relationships that have enriched and sustained me throughout my life.

04 — PRIVATE WORK

Private Sessions

I continue to make a limited number of private sessions available for people who would benefit from an additional vantage point around something they are navigating.

Often, people come when they are close to something that has become difficult to see clearly: a relationship, a decision, a period of uncertainty, or a situation they simply can't make sense of.

When I work with someone privately, my psychic and mediumistic perception naturally becomes part of the exploration. I tune into what I perceive and translate what comes through into practical, down-to-earth language. Sometimes this illuminates a pattern, relationship, choice, or influence that may be affecting someone in ways they haven't been fully aware of. Other times, it affirms something they are already sensing or helps them better understand information they have been receiving for themselves.

We can begin with a specific question or area of life, or simply with a desire to understand what may be most important to see.

Mediumistic information related to departed loved ones or guides in Spirit may also arise, though I don't summon, invoke, or guarantee that a particular person or energy will come through.

Even when what I perceive is fairly specific, I don't approach it as definitive truth, predict the future, or speak with certainty around what something means. Your questions, feedback, and context are welcome throughout the session, and I do my best to keep our inquiry focused so that we can make good use of the time we have together.

Ultimately, what I offer is another perspective to thoughtfully consider alongside what you already know, sense, and are discovering for yourself.

Private sessions are available in 30- and 60-minute lengths and are intentionally offered on a limited basis.
